A North Devon couple have been fined for failing to comply with a notice requiring them to replace a defective drainage system on their land, following a successful prosecution from North Devon Council.
North Devon Council is inviting residents and businesses to have their say on a new draft Air Quality Strategy, which sets out the council’s approach to maintaining and improving air quality in the district.
