By car

From Junction 27 off the M5, follow the A361 to Barnstaple. On arriving in Barnstaple, follow signs for the 'Town Centre'. The closest parking available is Bear Street Car Park or at Green Lanes Shopping Centre. Queen Street is currently closed for refurbishment as part of the town’s regeneration project. For other car parks in the area, please visit the council’s car parks page, which includes a digital map showing the number of bays and disabled bays in each.

By bus

The bus station is just a short walk away. Exit the bus station onto Queen Street, follow the road round into Boutport Street and Butcher’s Row is situated on the left, next to the Queen’s Theatre. Call 01271 373058 for local bus services.

By train

There are regular trains from Exeter - call 0845 748 4950 for times. Follow signs from the station to the Town centre, High Street and Pannier Market.
