The Recipient shall acknowledge the Grant in its annual report and accounts, including an acknowledgement of the Council as the source of the Grant.

Neither party shall publish any material referring to the other party without the prior notice to the other party.

In any relevant materials that refer to the Project and in any relevant written or spoken public presentations about the Project:

(a) the Recipient shall acknowledge the support of the Council; and

(b) the Council shall acknowledge the Recipient’s involvement in the Project.

The Recipient agrees to participate in and co-operate with promotional activities relating to the Project that may be instigated and/or organised by the Council given adequate notice.
