The Town Centre Hub in Green Lanes Shopping Centre aims to make it easier for Barnstaple's residents and visitors to access face-to-face advice.

The hub provides an expanded customer service offering, opening Monday to Friday, 9am until 5pm, and providing help and assistance to customers who are unable to use online or phone contact.

The Town Centre Hub replaces our customer services centre at Lynton House, Commercial Road, Barnstaple.

Wednesday: 9am to 5pm

Thursday: 9am to 5pm

Friday: 9am to 5pm

Saturday: Closed

Sunday: Closed

Facilities

The hub has working facilities which will allow staff from various council services to assist customers where needed.

An interview room is available for private consultations with council staff for customers wishing to discuss more sensitive topics. 

There are seating booths, two consultation rooms and a meeting room which can be booked for use.
