Other remaining general household items can go in your black wheelie bin, including:
- Vacuum cleaner contents
- Cardboard milk or juice cartons (or, you can take these to one of DCC's recycling centres)
- Disposable nappies
- Plastic envelopes
- Polystyrene
- Plastic food wrappers - such as clingfilm and crisp packets
- Black plastic food containers (or, you can take these to one of DCC's recycling centres)
- Wrapping paper with foil, glitter and Sellotape
Please note that general construction waste can be taken to a recycling centre and should not be placed in your black bin.
