If you wish to make a complaint about a decision on a planning application please read the guide from the Local Government and Social Care Ombudsman (LGSCO) guide - Not in my back yard - available on their website. The guide provides lots of information about complaints and what feedback we are able to act on. This is because decisions on planning applications are made based on government policies, meaning we are unable to act on all complaints about planning decisions.
