Devon's eight district councils have issued a joint statement following the publication of the English Devolution White Paper

At Barnstaple Magistrates' Court on 17 December 2024, Daniel Ward, aged X, of no fixed abode, was found guilty of breaching a Community Protection Notice (CPN) issued by North Devon Council.

No applications to open a new casino in North Devon will be considered or granted even if legislative amendments take effect.
