North Devon Council is reminding all dog breeders to ensure that they are operating with a licence, after serving its first Fixed Penalty Notice to a licensed dog breeding establishment.
A powerful community-focused event will take place in Barnstaple later this month to mark Sexual Abuse and Sexual Violence Awareness Week (2-8 February).
