Planning and enforcement services update 23 March 2020
We are doing our very best to continue with ‘business as usual’ at this time. However, we also have to consider guidance from the Government, so we have decided that we will not be holding any non-essential meetings or site visits for the time being.
For agents and applicants, the best way to contact us about specific applications is to email or phone your case officer direct and copy in firstname.lastname@example.org.
General enquiries should be sent to email@example.com. Our Planning Support Team will make every effort to respond as quickly as possible but you may find that there are delays over the coming weeks.
Viewing planning applications, documents and making representations – this can be done through our online planning service.
There are no plans at present, to cancel or defer Planning Committee meetings but should this decision be taken then the website will be updated.
To report a breach of planning, all enquiries should be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org and our enforcement team will respond as soon as possible. Please see the website for further information on our planning enforcement service.
