Bauer Radios’s Cash for Kids – Cost of Living Grant

The Fund is designed to provide emergency essentials that support the physical and mental well-being of children (aged up to 18) who are struggling during the cost-of-living crisis due to poverty or living with additional needs.

This could include Clothing (including school uniforms), Food, Household energy costs, and/or other items that support a child’s essential needs.

Grants of up to £50 per child per household are available. However, applications must be made on behalf of a disadvantaged child or young person by a registered charity, a community group or a professional such as a charity worker, health worker, GP or teacher. Please note that Families cannot apply directly to the Fund.

To apply, go to the Cash for Kids website and click on the region where the benefiting child or young person is living on the map under the "Choose Your Area to Apply" heading. A professional acting on behalf of a family or young person in need should then complete the online application form.

Please note that applications for the Fund are being allocated on a ‘first come’ basis. The Fund will close as soon as the £1 million has been fully committed. Early application is therefore advised.
