Our Housing team confirms that whilst they do not hold any Housing stock (this was transferred to North Devon Homes, 21.02.2000) however the Council does own: 1 one bedroom property, 4 two bedroom properties and 3 three bedroom properties specifically for the use of temporary accommodation. However, due to the nature of the accommodation, the length of stay is short. It is estimated that they are running at a 80%-90% occupancy of these properties
