Ilfracombe Town Council have set up a community response programme of coordinators and volunteers for Ilfracombe. Over 100 volunteers have come forward and a leaflet drop is being carried out to all households in Ilfracombe. Ilfracombe – Community Support
Ilfracombe Town Council and One Ilfracombe have an established network of volunteers covering the entire town. The town has been split into 11 separate areas with coordinators in each being responsible for ensuring all requests for support and assistance are met by one of their volunteers.
Every household in the town has received a leaflet with up to 3 individual contacts so that the most vulnerable in the community are fully catered for.
