The Legal Services team at North Devon Council provides legal advice and assistance to officers and councillors within the Council.

We have a team of solicitors that are specialists in a number of different areas of law including:

  • Data Protection
  • State aid/subsidy control

We are able to provide advice and assistance to a large variety of organisations including:

  • Educational establishments (including schools and colleges)
  • Housing associations; and
  • Public bodies generally (including the NHS)
