Our reception points and customer services team can give you assistance in the following ways:

  • provide you with our information, on the telephone or in person
  • produce large print copies or computer disks of our publications
  • arrange audio tape, CD or Braille copies of information
  • help you with completing any of our forms
  • help you with getting the service you need
  • give your guide/assistance dog access to where you need to go

Please note that audio tapes and Braille copies take longer to provide as we do not make them ourselves.
