Annual and Quarterly permit (Barnstaple area)

Provides parking in all long-stay car parks in Barnstaple the long-stay car parks are situated around the outskirts of the town centre.

Annual and Quarterly permit (Ilfracombe area)

Provides parking in all long-stay car parks in Ilfracombe the long-stay car parks are situated around the outskirts of the town centre.

Annual and Quarterly Permit Barnstaple Rugby Club

Provides parking in the Rugby Club Car Park, Barnstaple from Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm.

Seasonal 4 day and weekly permit

Mainly for use by visitors to North Devon. The permit covers our long-stay car parks which are situated around the outskirts of the town centre.

Seasonal 7-day rover permit

Covers all North Devon Council car parks, except for one in Barnstaple and one in Ilfracombe.

Local residents permit

Available to residents who live within a quarter of a mile radius of specific car parks. Proof of residency and vehicle ownership must be provided.

Business permit (Fremington and Bickington)

Provides discounted parking for those who park regularly in Fremington & Bickington car parks. These permits can be purchased by anyone.

Business Permit (South Molton)

Provides discounted parking for those who park regularly in South Molton Car Parks. These permits can be purchased by anyone.

Residents evening permit

Available to local residents of Barnstaple and Ilfracombe for the closest nominated long-stay car park to their home. Permits by application only. Permit valid from 4.45pm to midnight only.

Cheyne Beach Car Park Permit

Only available to residents of the Harbour area with a restriction of only one permit per property.

Coach permit

Provides discounted parking for coaches for 4, 6 and 7-day periods.

Reserved spaces permit

Provides a numbered space for sole use by the permit-holder. Duplicate permits can be issued.

Winter Permit Ilfracombe

Provides discounted parking to residents and visitors during the winter season.
