We Manage
- Formal Parks : 10 in number, totaling 8 hectares
- Informal Open Spaces / Amenity Areas : 25 hectares
- Recreation and Sporting Areas : 13 hectares
- Woodland Areas : 25 hectares
- Countryside / Conservation Sites : 49 hectares
- An annual Budget of approx. £1,000,000 is allocated to the management and maintenance of all the above services and areas
Seasonal Undertakings
The team has responsibility for the contractual management of various Seasonal Undertakings and entertainment's that are provided within Parks and amenity areas in the two major towns of Ilfracombe and Barnstaple.
Illuminations, Street Lighting Management
The team facilitates the provision, operation and maintenance of Illuminations, floodlighting and street lighting facilities within specific Parks and Amenity areas.
