Charges in North Devon Council owned car parks will increase on Monday 16 May, following a district-wide review of parking. The information on each of our car park pages will be updated on Monday, in the meantime a summary of the main changes is on our news site, or you can find all of the charges listed in our Off Street Parking Order.
From Thursday 14 April, Western Power Distribution will be carrying out work to their substation on Barnstaple Quay, next to Commercial Road. To enable them to access the substation safely, some of the parking spaces will be out of action until the end of May.
As part of the works, Commercial Road will be closed on Tuesday 10 May from 8am - 4pm. Western Power apologises for any inconvenience caused.
North Devon Council is only responsible for enforcement of off-street parking (car parks). Devon County Council is responsible for on-street parking enforcement.
