North Devon Council on Twitter

North Devon Council on Twitter external website.

Twitter is a web based service that allows you to communicate with other people and organisations in messages of no more than 140 characters.

Currently, North Devon Council is using Twitter as an additional, collected source for:
  • latest council news
  • public consultations
  • council job vacancies
  • photos from council and community events
  • urgent updates for North Devon residents

We will be adding other service updates in the near future. All of the content can be found elsewhere on our website. Twitter helps deliver it directly to you in a handy format either on a PC, laptop, mobile phone or other handheld device.

By 'following' North Devon Council - that is, subscribing to our posts or 'Tweets' - you can also communicate directly to us. Currently, our Communications team handles the Twitter account. If they can't answer your question, they will direct it to the right person.

Of course, we aim to give the highest possible service whichever way you chose to contact us.

You do not need to sign up to the service to view our Twitter posts external website. You will, however, get more out of Twitter – including interacting with North Devon Council - by signing up for a free Twitter account external website.
