Council Serves up an Ace for Bicclescombe

Recent work to improve facilities at Bicclescombe Park in Ilfracombe has been highly praised by local tennis players. The Ilfracombe Tennis Club, who play their matches at Bicclescombe, are so impressed with the revamp to the toilets, pavilion and general surroundings that they have donated a clock to North Devon District Council to show their true appreciation. The clock will be placed on an existing, but empty, case on the front of the pavilion.
