Parking - RingGo registration

To pre-register for the RingGo service:
  • ring 01271 823825 when you first use the service, or
  • go to the RingGo website external website

When you phone for the first time, you will be asked for:
  • the number plate, colour and make of your vehicle
  • the four digit location code external website for where you are parked
  • the length of time for which you want to park
  • your payment card details
You will also be asked if you want a text confirming how long you have paid to park for and a text reminder when parking time is about to run out.

The initial registration process will take a couple of minutes, but further phone calls will be much quicker – only about 30 seconds or so.

Location codes



Each area which offers the RingGo service has its own four digit location codes external website. Information boards at each car park will show the location code.
