Parking - RingGo phone payments

You can now use the RingGo phone payments service to pay for parking in North Devon.

RingGo is a quick, easy to use mobile phone service, which lets you pay for your parking with a credit or debit card, rather than using cash at a machine. When you park your car in an area which features the RingGo service, you simply dial 01271 823825 and pay for your parking over the phone.

With RingGo:
  • you no longer need to carry change
  • you don’t have to visit a parking meter
  • you don’t need to walk back with a parking ticket - parking attendants check which vehicles are parked with RingGo with their handheld units
RingGo users can also top up their parking when they’re away from their vehicle. So if you get held up or delayed, simply ring the RingGo number again from your 'dialed numbers', top up remotely and avoid a penalty charge.

Fix My Street

You can now use the independent FixMyStreet website logo - Internet Explorer: This goes to an external website to report problems such as graffiti, abandoned vehicles and dog fouling to our Customer Service Centre.

FixMyStreet allows you to report a problem anywhere in Great Britain even if you don't know the responsible local authority. You can pinpoint the problem on a map and send a photo.

FixMyStreet will forward your report to us and we will deal with it as we would any other service enquiry.
