It is easy to visit North Devon by car. Our car parks are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week offering convenient parking at a competitive price whether your stay is short, long or in the evening.

On-street parking and permits

Devon County Council logo - Internet Explorer: This goes to an external website are responsible for on-street permits. North Devon Council are responsible for on-street parking enforcement on behalf of Devon County Council.

Free Car Parks
  • Berrynarbor, Landkey, Swimbridge - maximum stay 7 days, no return within 6 hours
  • Rock Park - maximum stay between hours of 8.00 am and 3.00 pm - 3 hours, no return within 2 hours

Excess Charge Notice (issued before 5th May 2008)

  • if paid within 7 days - £25.00
  • overtime charge through machine (offence No. 5 only) - £5.00
