Emergency planning

Devon County Council is the emergency planning authority . They produce joint strategic emergency response plans, and provide related training. They also co-ordinate the County Council’s response to a major emergency in conjunction with the emergency services, major utilities and other local authorities. We lead the co-ordination of clean up operations for a major coastal oil spill.
