North Devon Council's Leisure and Health team is concerned with sports development and facility provision. Through our programmes we aim to achieve greater participation in sport. Our sports directory enables you to list your club for free.
In April 2008, North Devon Council adopted its new Leisure and Health Strategy (Word 963 kB)
. The strategy outlines the key objectives for the authority over the next ten years and aims to achieve these objectives through an action plan that will be reviewed annually.

- Clubmark - a new initiative from Sport England aimed at ensuring the highest standards within English sports clubs
