People who have to pay rent and/or council tax can claim benefit. You may qualify if you are on income support or a low income. Application forms are available from Lynton House, Citizens Advice, NDC's Housing Advice centre and libraries. The reception desk at Lynton House is open Monday to Friday between 8.45 am and 4.00 pm. The Ilfracombe centre is open Monday to Friday between 9.00 am and 5.00 pm. The South Molton community office is open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday between 8.30 am and 4.30 pm, and Wednesdays between 8.30 am and 12.30 pm.
