It is possible to pay by cash, cheque, credit or debit
card by visiting Environmental Health Direct at the Civic Centre, Barnstaple - Monday to Thursday 08.30
AM to 05.00 PM; Friday 08.30 AM to 04.30 PM.
There is no charge for debit
card transactions, but a charge is made for credit cards - 1.5% of the transaction value - you will
be told about this at the time you make the payment.
The
Council does NOT accept American Express, JCB, Diners or Electron cards.
