Public registers
North Devon Council has a legal duty to make available (or make available as part of a service initiative) certain information to the public in 'public registers'. We currently have the following registers available.- Authorised processes (pdf 16 kB)
: control of emissions from industrial activities - Food Premises Register: interactive web pages with up to date details of premises registered for food
Use the filter options to refine your search or search with no filters to view all records. All records will produce a large number of pages to view.
- Food hygiene rating scheme
: North Devon Council has now migrated to the national ratings scheme. Ratings cover the standards of hygiene and compliance with the law in food premises found on the date of inspection. The food hygiene rating is not a guide to food quality.
