Public registers
North Devon Council has a legal duty to make available (or make available as part of a service initiative) certain information to the public in 'public registers'. We currently have the following registers available.- Authorised processes (pdf 19 kB)
: control of emissions from industrial activities - Food Premises Register: interactive web pages with up to date details of premises registered for food
- 'Scores on the Doors': ratings covering the standards of hygiene and compliance with the law in food premises (only premises that have had a food safety inspection on or after 1 October 2007 will be rated under this scheme)
