If you intend to employ any person or persons to work in a shop of office premises you are required by Section 49 of the Offices, Shops and Railway Premises Act 1963 and the Notification of Employment of Persons Order 1964, to complete HSE OSR1 - Office, Shops and Railways Act notice of occupation form (pdf 160kb)
