Safer food, better business
All food outlets must produce food that is safe to eat, and since 1 January 2006 food regulations say that businesses must be able to show what they do to make food safe to eat, and have this written down as a record. This has presented a significant change for many food businesses, with some struggling to satisfy the law without help being offered.
