To successfully submit a food registration form to us, please follow the instructions below:

To successfully submit a food registration form to us, please follow the instructions below:
- Download the food registration form (Word document) from the link above and save it to your computer
- Complete the food registration by updating the relevant fields
- Save the file again on your computer once you have finished updating it
- Using the 'browse' button, find your saved file and select it - the file name will appear in the field to the side of the 'browse' button
- Complete the 'your details' fields as completely as you can
- Then use the 'submit' button to submit your details and the food registration form to the Food Team
Finally, an officer from the team will be in touch soon to arrange a visit to your premises and at this time, will arrange for appropriate signature.
