Review Of Decisions Made

13.1Procedures will be adopted by the Council to provide for an annual review of planning decisions, including decisions to take enforcement action, made by its committees, officers, and by the Planning Inspectorate on appeal.

13.2 These procedures will provide for the selection of a random sample of decisions & will include examples from each area of the district and of both major & minor applications.
