Records of delegated decisions

12.1 Where the power to make a decision on a planning application is delegated to an officer he/she will make and place on the application file a written record containing all the information that would have been put before a committee of the council to enable them to determine the matter. In particular the record will clearly show the reasons for the decision reached and the policies and other material considerations on which it was based.
