Planning Applications By Councillors Or Officers Of The Council

10.1 When a planning application is submitted by a serving councillor or officer or by a close relative or a close friend of either or by a councillor acting as agent for the applicant the councillor or officer concerned will:

10.2 All applications which fall within para 10.1 above will be reported to the appropriate committee & determined by committee & not by an officer under delegated powers.

10.3 The report of the Planning Manager will include confirmation from the Monitoring Officer that these requirements have been met.
