Our planning pages provide information about a variety of planning issues dealt with by North Devon Council; including development control, planning policy, planning enforcement, conservation and heritage, advertisement control and building control.

In this section you can search for and download plans and proposals for development across the district; from new shopping centres to house extensions.

You can also comment online and find out when plans will be discussed by the council. Just use the links below to find what you are looking for.

Search our weekly lists

Search for all planning applications either validated or determined by North Devon Council in each of the last three weeks.
