Environmental health
Environmental health covers a range of services that North Devon Council provides improving people's health and quality of life. These services help to make sure that the food people eat is safe, the air they breathe is clean and their workplaces are safe.

We also provide information on planning policy which determines the wider plan for local communities - the local plan and its successor the local development framework.
