The following fees apply only to persons who reside within the North Devon Council area. An additional fee of 50% is payable by all persons who reside outside the district.

These charges are extra to the basic charge of excavating a grave. Exclusive rights of Burials may be re-purchased for a further period after the expiry of 30 years.
