Public Questions

Under our Constitution any member of the public who is on the North Devon District Council's Register of Electors may ask a question of any meeting of the Executive, the Council and its Committees.

Questions must be in writing and submitted to D.J. Pratt, Assistant Chief Executive at least nine clear working days before the date of the meeting.  For a list of scheduled meetings, please click here.

For a copy of a form to complete and further guidance notes on public questions please click here.  At present the form cannot be submitted on line so it is necessary for you to print the form, complete and return it to D. J. Pratt, Assistant Chief Executive, North Devon District Council, Civic Centre, Barnstaple, North Devon.  EX31 1EA.

You must attend the meeting to put your question and you will receive a response at that meeting.
