- provide you with council information, on the telephone or in person
- produce large print copies or computer disks of our publications
- arrange audio tape, CD or braille copies of information
- help you with completing any council forms
- help you with getting the service you need
- give you guide/assistance dog access to where you need to go
Please note that audio tapes and braille copies take longer to provide as we do not make them ourselves.
