The Amory Centre offers services and facilities from North Devon and other agencies. Advisors from North Devon Council Customer Service Centre can help on a range of queries, including planning, housing and council tax. A planning officer runs an appointment only surgery every Wednesday - 10.00 am to 12.30 pm, please phone or pop in to book.

Customers can make payments here by cheque or card, we cannot accept cash. Alternatively, some payments can be made through our automated payment line on 01271 329539 or you can make an online payment

Meeting rooms available are:
  • Garden room - (ground floor) is ideal for small meetings,classes exhibitions,demonstrations and functions as it leads onto a delightful terraced courtyard; seating 25-30 people (boardroom style)/35 people (theatre style)
  • Oak Room - (first floor rear of building) is suitable for seminars presentations,meetings training days and functions; will seat 35 people (boardroom style)/50 people (theatre style)
  • Beech Room - (first floor front of building) is suitable for seminars presentations,meetings training days and functions; 20 people (boardroom style)/25 people (theatre style)
  • Interview rooms - (ground floor) two rooms available to hire to agencies for advice to public; IT facilities; will seat up to three people
