How to make payments on the web

Online payments



We accept online payments for a number of our services.

To make a payment you will need:
  • a reference number which you will be able to find on correspondence we have sent you, or
  • where appropriate, a parking ticket (known as a penalty charge notice or PCN)

Written instructions



Select the payment type from the index on the left hand side.

Enter your reference and amount details. Please ensure you enter the amount with 2 numbers after the decimal point. For example: £25 should be entered as 25.00.

Click on "add to list". If you need to make a change, use the "modify" or "delete" buttons.

Click on the "pay" button to take you to the payments screen where you should enter your personal and card details. Your details are safe. and will not be shared with any third parties.

We will add an additional 1.5% charge for payments made by credit card except for parking fines. There is no additional charge for debit cards.

We are unable to accept payment by American Express, Diners Club, JCB credit cards or Electron debit cards.
