North Devon covers 425 square miles (1,102 square kilometres) of some of the best countryside in the country including 77 square miles of nation park and a further 89 square miles designated as 'of outstanding natural beauty'. However, our tranquil location produces housing problems, low salaries and a constant need to develop the local economy.
