is the joint Crime and Disorder Reduction Partnership (CDRP), also known as the Community Safety Partnership
(CSP) for both North Devon & Torridge districts. We are part of a national network of CDRPs,
and are accountable to seven bodies:

- Devon and Somerset Fire and Rescue Service
- North Devon Council
- Devon Primary Care Trust
- Devon and Cornwall Constabulary
- Devon and Cornwall Police Authority
- Torridge District Council
Together we work on delivering solutions to reduce crime, fear of crime and anti-social behaviour.
Operating from an office in Pilton, Barnstaple, the partnership has an operational team made up of local authority officers, police officers and support officers.
Safer North Devon is an example of a long-standing effective partnership. In place since 1998, this partnership has tackled emerging problems head on and challenged us all to think in new and innovative ways to achieve maximum impact.
