Premises licence change of name

Should the licensed premises change its name, the licensing authority must be notified using the forms below.
Application process
On receipt of the completed form and premises licence (or relevant parts) or an explanation as to the reasons why this isn't practicable, the licensing authority will update its records and the public register and return the premises licence or relevant parts for future reference/display.Application forms

Application timescale
We will acknowledge receipt of your application within five working days. We will endeavour to process your application within 10 working days. In the unlikely event you have not heard from us at the end of this time period, your application is deemed complete.
