Occasional Use Notice

NOTE: At present, there is no fee to serve an Occasional Use Notice.

NOTICE PERIOD: Whilst the Gambling Act 2005 does not require a minimum notice period to serve an Occasional Use Notice on the Licensing and Police Authorities, we would appreciate at least 5 working days before the planned event.  This will help us to ensure there is no breach of requirements - for example, ensuring that Occasional Use Notices do not exceed 8 days in any calendar year for a given premises.
