Nomination Papers

Nomination Papers may be obtained from the Returning Officer, Room 313, Civic Centre, Barnstaple, EX31 1EA Mondays to Fridays between the hours of 9am and 5 pm, who will at the request of any elector for the Parish prepare a nomination paper for signature. Alternatively, nomination papers may also be obtained from the Clerk to the Parish Council.

Delivery. Nomination Papers must be delivered to the Returning Officer at the above address on Monday to Friday between the hours of 10am to 4pm, but no later than 4.00PM on FRIDAY 29 MAY 2015.

Absent votes

Applications, amendments, or cancellations of postal votes must reach the Electoral Registration Officer by 5PM on WEDNESDAY 10 JUNE 2015 if they are to be effective for this election.

New applications to vote by proxy at this election must reach the Electoral Registration Officer at Room 313, Civic Centre, North Walk, BARNSTAPLE, Devon, EX31 1EA by 5 pm on WEDNESDAY 17th JUNE 2015.

Applications to vote by proxy at this election applied for on grounds of either physical incapacity or absence in relation to occupation, employment or service occurring after 5 pm on WEDNESDAY 17TH JUNE 2015 must reach the Electoral Registration Officer at Room 313, Civic Centre, North Walk, BARNSTAPLE, Devon, EX31 1EA by 5 pm on Thursday, 25TH JUNE 2015. Please contact us as soon as possible in this regard.
