154 requests for information were received between 1 January and 31 March 2023, of those requests:
- 137 were answered within the 20 working day statutory time limit
- 95 were granted in full (not exemption or exception was applied)
- 10 required clarification/further information from the applicants, 2 of which no response was received, therefore those requests were closed and no further action was taken
- 36 requests were received, and then, upon further research, transferred/referred (some in part) to other local authorities/external organisation(s)
- 1 was initially logged under FOI but subsequently dealt with under day to day business
- 1 requested was withdrawn
- 3 were permitted extensions to the response deadline
- 14 were partially withheld/refused
- 9 were fully withheld/refused
- 29 were responded to in full or part in accordance with the Environmental Information Regulations 2004 (EIR)
During this quarter, the average number of days that it took to respond to a request was 14.9 working days
