If you want to pass on a premises licence to another person or company, you will need to apply for a transfer of that licence. A transfer of the licence only changes the identity of the holder of the licence and does not alter the licence in any other way.

You will also need to:
- pay the appropriate application fee
- read the guidance notes on transferring a premises licence (pdf 168KB)
- complete a consent form as the current holder of the premises licence (docx 38.5kb)
