North Devon Crematorium opened in 1966

North Devon Crematorium opened in 1966 and is the only crematorium in the North Devon area. The buildings sit within beautiful memorial gardens that feature a stunning array of roses and shrubs and provide a fitting place for peaceful reflection and remembrance.

Service times are available at 40 minute intervals.

There are two chapels available for services, Aspen chapel currently seats 72 mourners and the newly completed Rowan chapel, which can seat over 250 mourners with a private viewing room to the side.

There is a varied choice of memorials available at the crematorium from the more traditional rose bushes and standard roses to a selection of plaques and bespoke options. Please contact us for further information.

Each chapel has its own waiting room, toilets and disabled toilets.

Please note that in 2017 Aspen chapel will be closed for a few weeks for a major upgrade to its facilities.
