Entries to the ‘decorate a wreath’ competition are open to any local businesses, schools or community groups.

The deadline for entries will be Friday 2 November 2018 and you can download an entry form here (pdf 170kb).

The theme is Victorian Christmas and entries can be as creative as you wish, however, please consider the following when designing your wreath:

  • Please do not include any edible decorations (eg, salt dough, gingerbread, etc)
  • Please avoid using lots of aerosol based produces (eg, artificial snow spray)
  • Please try not to use any single use plastics unless they are recycled

All entrants will be supplied with a wreath of 2m in diameter and a set of 20m lights.

When on display, all wreaths will have a plaque underneath stating who has designed it and the entrants will be named in a printed leaflet that will be given out to the public in the market.

Wreaths will be available to collect from the Pannier Market from Friday 28 September between 10am – 2pm (every day except Sundays) and must be delivered back to the Market by Friday 9 November.
